Our partners speak

Leading voices from the environmental field were present in Rabat, Morocco, for IUCN North Africa Members Forum. The three-day meeting resulted in a fresh set of priorities for nature for the region.

In this section you will find access to the opinions of main conservation actors in the region, which talk about the pressing issues affecting North Africa.

Watch and listen to the opinions of some of our partners in Morocco:

Brahim Haddane, IUCN Councillor for Africa

Mohammed Ribi, Haut Commissariat des Eaux et Forets du Royaume de Maroc

Presentations made at the IUCN North Africa Members Forum were diverse, related to our main areas of work and in line with the IUCN Global Thematic Programme: "One Programme".

We have uploaded the presentations collected during and after the Forum to be accessed HERE through the New IUCN Interact Tool. If you notice that yours is not included, please email it us and we will be happy to update the link.

The conclusions and recommendations from the IUCN North Africa Members Forum can be read HERE.
