The forthcoming 5th Steering Committee Meeting of the PEGASO project was held in Barcelona (Spain) on 4-5 September 2013.The objective of the meeting was to discuss the latest developments and achievements of the project, and to plan future activities and outcomes.

During the 1st session, the Steering Committee Members presented the most innovative aspects of each Work Package to the new representative of the FP7 Technical Secretariat, Stefan Weiers. This was followed by Stefan Weiers´ suggestions for improvement during the last months of the project, and he also explained the financial and administrative procedures for the EU final technical review process.

Over the second day, the Work Package leaders revised the progress of work and the next steps, mainly the Pegaso deliverable plans and the Agenda for the Pegaso final Conference and how to ensure high quality for the overall project. Furthermore, it was discussed the preparation of short videos presenting the project´s achievements at CASE study sites, and a discussion of how to ensure high quality for the overall project.

The final PEGASO general meeting will be held in Antalya (Turkey) on 14-17 January 2014.
